Installation UNPACKING Unpack the mixer immediately after receipt. If the machine is found to be damaged, save the packaging material and contact the carrier within fi fteen (15) days of delivery. Operating Instructions TO AVOID SERIOUS PERSONAL INJURY: • DO NOT operate the mixer before reading the instruction manual fi rst. • ALWAYS disconnect or unplug electrical power before cleaning, servicing, or adjusting any parts or attachments. • ALWAYS keep hands, hair, and clothing away from moving parts. Cleaning Instructions • Dilute detergent per supplier’s instruction. • DO NOT hose down or pressure wash any part of the mixer. • NEVER use a scrubber pad, steel wool, or abrasive material to clean the mixer. • NEVER use bleach (sodium hypochlorite) or bleach based cleaner. • ALWAYS remove the agitator after each batch.
