PART 2 - BEFORE YOU RIDE CORRECT FRAME SIZE When selecting a new bicycle, the correct choice of frame size is a very important safety consideration. Next, remove the clamp screw and open the clamping reflector bracket. Place clamping reflector bracket around the handlebar or seatpost.
