ASSEMBLY AND OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS STEP 1 Remove the trailer from the carton and compare the contents with the parts list 1A 1B 1A. Remove all of the contents from inside the carton and place them on a clean flat surface. 1B. Set the wheels to the side and remove the black plastic caps from the ends of the axles.
