OPERATING PROCEDURES & MAINTENANCE Cleaning Your Wine Cooler 1) Turn the temperature control to “0”, unplug the unit, and remove the bottles and shelves. 2) Wash the inside with a damp warm cloth containing water and baking soda solution.
