First-time Setup of Your Username & Password These instructions on the first-time set-up must be followed very carefully, or you will have to return to the ITSC to have your laptop re-imaged. Backing up your system Weekly backups are automatically scheduled for you. To access Rapid Restore’s main console use the Start - Programs - Access IBM – IBM Rapid Restore Ultra menu sequence. 1.
