Installation Remove the covers. Trim the plaster shields so that they extend 1/16” outside the surface of the finished wall Seal the wall around the plaster shields with waterproof sealant. Failure to seal the wall can lead to possible water damage. Use a 17 mm deep socket wrench to remove the cartridges. Install the new cartridges. The hot cartridge is marked with notches. 3

Push the extension spindle over the stem. Cut the exten- sion spindle so that it extends 3/16” outside the surface of the finished wall. Remove the plug from the spout port. Thread the coupling over the stem. Cut the coupling so that it extends ¼” outside the surface of the finished wall. For the spout: Measure the distance between the rough and the end of the plaster shield Record this measure- ment (“X”). 4

Add 1 ¾” to this measurement. Cut the connecting thread so that it is X + 1 ¾” long. Wrap the threads on the connecting thread with Teflon tape (1). Use an 8 mm Allen wrench to install it in the rough (). Do not overtighten the connecting thread! 1 (3) Push the handle escutcheon against the wall. Install the nut, color ring, and handle fixing set. Tighten the screw. 2 3 The connecting thread should extend 1 1/8” outside the surface of the finished wall. 5

Push the spout escutcheon against the wall. Push the spout over the connector. Tighten the screw with a mm Allen wrench. Push the handles over the snap connectors. In the off position, the handles should be horizontal. If one of the handles is not horizontal, remove it (1), turn it slightly (), and reinstall it (3). 2 3 1 6

User Instructions Pivot the handle up to turn the water on. Pivot it down to turn the water off. In the “off” position, the handle is horizontal. If the flow of water diminishes over time, use the spray former tool to remove the spray former. Flush the spray former with clear water. Replace the spray former. 7
