6 7 Assembly Instructions Step 1 Securing Cart Leg Frames A. Place folded Cart on floor, oriented as shown. Before unfolding the right leg frame, insert a plastic Foot into the bottom end of each right leg. Unfold right leg frame. Insert Leg Pin through open holes in bracket and leg. 7 Step 3 Steel Privacy Panel Assembly Locate the one 5/32 x .47” bolt into the threaded hole near the top on the inside of each front leg. Unscrew each until the bolt head is up at least 1/4” from the surface. Do the same for the bolts at the front of the bottom shelf. A. 16 How to Perform A Leak Test “FIRST TIME USE” and as required Supplies Needed for a Leak Test: • Clean paint brush • Water • Dish washing liquid 1. Use an LP Gas Cylinder equipped with an OPD (Overfill Prevention Device) and have it filled at an authorized LP gas dealer by a qualified attendant. 2. 18 Lighting the Grill Using the Pulse-Spark Ignitor WARNING !
