Out of range notification If a command is issued from the remote, but the remote is beyond the range of the vehicle to receive the command, the remote will respond with an out-of range notification. If this occurs, the transmit indicator on the remote flashes rapidly, the key LED turns on, and the remote emits the error tone sounds. Since conditions will vary in different areas (i.e.: Weather, RF interference, etc) range may be affected and require you to be closer to the vehicle for success
