English HOW OUR DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY WORKS The TOUR V3 WITH PINSEEKER emits invisible, eye safe, infrared energy pulses. GETTING STARTED INSERTING THE BATTERY Remove the battery cap by lifting the battery cap tab and then rotating counter clockwise.
