Loading paper 3 To receive faxes or make copies, you should load the paper in the ASF . You can load approximately 50 sheets of paper. Making a phone call Your new machine provides many ways for making a phone call. You can use either of following: • On-Hook dialling • Phone book dialling (One-Touch and Speed dial) • redialling • manual dialling via the handset as you do with a regular telephone Speaker Phone dialling You do not need to pick up the handset to make a phone call. When dialling, just press the Speaker Phone (or On Hook Dial) button and enter the numbers. Depending on your machine, you need to pick up the handset
