DASH DISASSEMBLY 99-8208 2004-2010 TOYOTA SIENNA Disconnect the negative battery terminal 1 A to prevent an accidental short circuit. Unclip and remove panels from left and 2 right side of radio. Figure A 3 Unclip and remove panel or speaker cover B above radio. Figure B 4 Remove (4) 10MM bolts from radio to remove. Figure C C 1

99-8208 DIN Head Unit Provision with Pocket Slide the DIN cage into the Radio 1 Housing and secure by bending the metal locking tabs down. Slide the after-market head unit 2 into the cage until secure. 2 KIT ASSEMBLY

KIT ASSEMBLY 99-8208 ISO DIN HEAD UNIT PROVISIONS Mount the ISO Brackets to the head 1 unit with the screw supplied with the unit. Slide the head unit into the radio 2 opening until the side clips engage. 3 Snap the trim plate into the radio Housing. 3

(Isolate and individually tape off the ends of any unused wires to prevent electrical short circuit) 2 Re-connect the negative battery terminal and test the unit for proper operation. 3 Reassemble in reverse order of disassembly. 4 FINAL ASSEMBLY
