8. Slide spacer bushing into large hole in frame, on each side, from inside of frame outwards. 11. Drill 3/8
holes, two on each side, through sides of base plate as shown in pictures. Use 3/8
x 1
bolts, 3/8
lock washers, and 3/8
hex nuts. Tighten these bolts. 12. Reinstall bumper with the six bolts 9. With an assistant, slide base plate on frame and install 1/2
