Identification of Controls REMOTE CONTROL 1 The power buttons labeled ON and OFF will toggle the S570 from standby to ON position, only if the power button on the left front of the S570 is in the ON (depressed) state. 2 The SETUP button is used in conjunction with the television monitor’s On Screen Display (OSD) connected to the S570, (see the section on ‘Initial Set-up Settings’) to edit the DVD’s drop-down-menu OSD. 3 There are ten transport control buttons that allows one to directly contro

When you want to enjoy the sound of DVD videodiscs or audio CDs from the audio system, turn on the audio system and select the input source connected to the DVD player. Set the playback picture size according to the aspect ratio of the connected TV in the ‘Setup’ and ‘Video’

Operation SPECIAL PLAYBACK SCREEN SAVE The screen saver is useful to prevent your display from becoming damaged. The screen saver picture appears when you leave the S570 in pause or stop mode for about 8 minutes. AUTOMATIC POWER OFF FUNCTION The S570 can be powered to standby by the 12V-TRIGGER IN. Also, the S570 will automatically turn itself to standby mode after the Screen Saver has been engaged for about 8 minutes. STOPPING PLAY Press STOP during playback either on the remote or the S570. Operation STORING MARKERS IN MEMORY Storing a MARKER in the S570’s memory is similar to marking your page in a book.
