Setup Setting up your digital camera is quick and easy—follow these steps and you’ll be ready to take pictures. Storing images on a CF memory card Your digital camera comes with 8 megabytes (MB) of internal memory so that you can store images directly in the camera. However, it also has a slot for an optional CF memory card. The CF memory card allows you to expand your camera’s memory so you can take more pictures. Taking pictures This chapter describes the basic process of taking pictures with your digital camera and gives you tips for taking the best pictures.
