Using the Camera Use the LCD monitor to frame the shot so that the subject fills the entire AF (Auto Focus) frame. 5 AF frame ! Using the Camera NUMBER OF AVAILABLE FRAMES The number of available frames appears on the LCD monitor. ● ! See P.29 for information on changing the quality setting. ● ! STILL PHOTOGRAPHY MODE ( ) TAKING PICTURES a AUTO MODE USING AF/AE LOCK In this shot, the subjects (two people in this case) are not in the AF frame. Taking the picture at this 1 point will result in the subjects being out of focus.
