Leave enough space to allow for easy paper loading and paper exiting, as well as opening the front cover. 02-Installation 12/10/99 6:28 AM Page 11 Installing the toner cartridge 1. Pulling the cover release buttons found on both sides of the machine toward you, open the cover. 2. Unpack the cartridge from its plastic bag, and then remove the paper rolled the cartridge. Holding on each end of the paper, pull it straight out, and then carefully remove it. 3. Shake the cartridge from side to side 5 or 6 times to redistribute the toner evenly inside the cartridge. Installation 1.9

The maximum capacity may be less, depending on the paper thickness. Note: SF-5100P contains a manual paper feeder which allows you to feed print material one sheet at a time.
