VOLUME CONTROL 1. The Volume -/+ keys is used to make the required change to the volume level. It can be activated both in TV/menu and Teletext mode. CHILD LOCK 1. The purpose of this key (6) is to prevent the child from watching the TV when the parents are not around by keeping the RC keypad. 2. TELETEXT FUNCTION DESCRIPTIONS The thing to remember about Teletext is that it is slow. It is the nature of the system itself, where a large amount of information is sent using a small fraction of the TV signal. If you get yourself into trouble, read the following instruction carefully. It may have your answer. Teletext is controlled through the remote control unit (Refer to P12 for BUTTON LIST). Four Colour Memory. (OPTIONAL) The set is fitted with a four-page memory to speed up operation and make it more convenient to use. INSTALLING BATTERIES 1. Remove the battery cover of Remote Control Unit. 2.
