Settings Required for Local Connection To make a local connection between the PC and printer controller, make the settings by following the procedures given below. 3.1 Installing the Printer Driver For Windows 98, 98SE and Me: The following procedure applies to the installation of the printer driver for Windows 98. NOTE To connect the copier to a PC, in which Windows 98, 98SE, or Me is installed, through the USB, it is necessary that the USB device driver be installed in the PC. For the
