The SCSI controller or host adapter generally uses ID 7. In some systems, the boot drive uses ID 0 or ID 1. You can select an appropriate SCSI address used by the drive by placing the appropriate jumpers on pins pairs 1-2 through 7-8, as shown in Figure 1. Mount the drive using four M3.0 metric screws on the sides or bottom of the drive, as shown in Figure 3. Do not use screws longer than 4 mm or you may damage the drive. Note.
