Ensure the following software is installed on your system: OpenVMS Alpha Version 7.3-2, 8.2, or 8.3 HP DECnet-Plus/OSI for OpenVMS Alpha Version 7.3-2, 8.2, or 8.3 including the OSI Applications Kernel (OSAK) component.
