Clean the carafe, carafe lid and removable filter basket. Fill the coffeemaker with the maximum amount of water and turn the unit on. Follow procedures for Brewing – Immediate Start (without coffee). Make sure the unit is in the OFF position; the indicator light will be off. 3. Markings on the water level window indicate the level of water required to brew the desired number of cups.
