In very hard water areas mix half tap water with half distilled to reduce hardness; or use inexpensive bottled spring water. SOFTENED WATER Most softened water is alright, but if you experience leaks or spitting, change to untreated tap water or inexpensive bottled spring water. DO NOT use 100% distilled water.
