ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Tools required for assembling the machine: adjustable wrench NOTE: It is strongly recommended this device be assembled by two or more people to avoid possible injury. STEP 1 (See Exploded Diagram) A.) Place a dumbbell rack (#2) in between the two upright beams (#1).
