Activation There are five simple steps required to activate your Jitterbug phone. Important: Please do not turn on your phone until a representative or the website instructs you to do so. If you’ve turned it on, please turn it off until instructed otherwise. Step 1: Locate your serial number as you will need it to set up the phone.
