Normally, every extension num- ber or speed dial number in the system has a directory name assigned to it (for example, John Smith on extension 201, or Ann Jones on 203). A ‘blind’ transfer means you don’t announce the call, unlike a ‘screened’ transfer where you do. 1. While on a call, press the [Transfer] button. 2.
