OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS 1. Set the fan on a stable, level surface. 2. Turn the fan on by turning the control dial to the ON position. There are two ON positions on the fan. Turning the control dial to either ON position will turn on the fan on high speed (this fan has one speed level). 3. This fan is equipped with a smart motor and soft rubber blade design.
