ASSEmBly cAution! t o rEducE riSK oF hEAlth hAzArdS: Before assembling the Food Slicer, thoroughly wipe off all parts with a clean rag using warm soapy water and a mild anti-bacterial detergent. In addition, the follow- ing parts should be cleaned in a dish washer: Food Pusher (3), Blade Assembly (15), and Food Tray (2).
