WARNING! DEATH or SERIOUS INJURY can occur: • Infants should remain in a rear-facing child restraint for as long a possible. The American Academy of Pediatrics and Britax recommends rear facing until at least 1 year of age and 20 pounds. • Use only with children who weigh between 5 and 40 pounds (2.3 and 18 kg.) and whose height is 40 inches (102 cm.) or less. Use rear facing for children 5–35 pounds (2.3–15.9 kg.) and forward facing to a maximum of 40 pounds (18 kg.). • Adjust the belts
