About CD-R and CD-RW Discs The CRX10U can write CD-R discs and CD-RW discs when used with appropriate disc writing software. To play or read a disc written using the CRX10U on another CD-ROM drive, certain settings must be made in the writer software. What is a CD-R Disc?
