Otherwise, the correct driver software for your scanner will not be installed and it may not work properly. To install the scanner software: 1. Your 5820 scanner is shipped with the TPA cable already plugged into the TPA port, however, if the cable came loose during shipping, you must plug it into the port securely. 2.
