INSTALLING BATTERIES: BATTERY DOOR 1.) Use a Phillips screwdriver to loosen the two captive screws that secure the battery door in back, and remove the door. 2.) Open the compartment door. Insert four "AA" batteries into the compartment. Close the compartment door, then insert four "D" batteries on top as shown.
