1-2 Installing the Elite Modem The Elite Modem The Elite modem allows an end user with an Ethernet-configured PC and an ordinary phone line to access the Internet or corporate intranet at multi-megabit speeds. The Elite Modem also permits simultaneous voice (or analog data) transmission on the same telephone line.
