3. CONTROLS ROTO-STOP LEVER The ROTO-STOP lever operates the blade brakeblutch mechanism. It is used to start and stop the blade. lb put the blade into operation, press the button on top of the ROTO-STOP lever, then push the lever forward and hold it against the handlebar.
