Configure Basic Settings You can customize your SoundPoint IP 601 phone by adjusting the settings for time and date, display contrast, ring type, etc. You can also add contacts to the phone’s directory manually or from call lists. Shared Lines A shared line is indicated by a different line icon. In the following example, the first line is private and the second line is shared. An incoming call to that number causes both phones to ring if two phones share a line. The call can be answered on either phone, but not both.
