Connecting the Cables to a 9416 XL Printer When using the keyboard with the 9416 or 9416 XL printer, the keyboard receives power from the auxiliary power supply (5V). 1. Turn OFF the printer before you connect the keyboard’s cable. 2. Plug the 9-pin coiled keyboard cable into the end of the adaptor cable. 3.
