INSTALLATIONS Installing the CPU The MI910 board supports a Socket 478MN (MEROM) processor TM socket for Intel® Core 2 Duo, Intel® Celeron mobile processors. The processor socket comes with a screw to secure the processor. As shown in the left picture below, loosen the screw first before inserting the processor. INSTALLATIONS Installing the Memory The Mi910 board supports two DDR2 memory socket for a maximum total memory of GB in DDR2 memory type. Installing and Removing Memory Modules To install the DDR2 modules, locate the memory slot on the board and perform the following steps: 1. Hold the DDR2 module so that the key of the DDR2 module aligned with that on the memory slot. 2.
