INTRODUCTION 4 INSTALLATION The S5U1C62xxxD tools are included on the CD-ROM of the S5U1C62000A (S1C60/62 Family Assembler Package), and they can be installed in your hard disk using the installer (Setup.exe) on the CD-ROM.
