Chapter 1 Hardware Configurations 1.1 Controller Enclosure ■ Host interfaces A host interface (CA) is a board that has interface ports to connect a controller to a server. Up to two host interfaces can be installed in the controller of an ETERNUS DX Disk storage system. Different types of host interfaces can exist together in the same controller.
