Chapter 3 Hardware Setup 1. Press the panel cover up at mark and pull the bottom case off. 2. Insert the HD into the IDE slot. Chapter 4 Using the Enclosure 4.1 Connecting the enclosure Follow these steps to connect your MUS-2500 Smart USB Storage to computer: 1. Place your 2.5” hard drive into the enclosure. 4.3 How to start SmartUSB utility SmartUSB utility is the application you use with MUS-2500 Smart USB Storage. You can start your SmartUSB utility by any one of the following: - Connect the enclosure to your computer, and SmartUSB utility opens automatically. - In My Computer, please double click SMART CD drive and then SmartUSB utility opens automatically. - In Windows Explorer, please click SMARTSYS drive.
