IV. FOR AREA OR ROOM OPERATION 1. Place the UV-1500C in the desired area; plug the power cord into a standard 120-volt wall receptacle. 2. Turn the speed control knob clockwise to turn on the unit and to adjust the motor/fan speed to the desired airflow. (See Figure 1) 3. 11. Wire the UV-1500C in accordance with the National Electrical Code, manufacturer's recommendations and/or applicable local codes. UNIT MUST BE GROUNDED.
