OPERATIONAL INSTRUCTIONS FRONT STABILIZER ADJUSTMENT Pull the FRONT STABILIZER(2) out for use. Push the FRONT STABILIZER(2) in for storage. Adjust the FRONT STABILIZER(2) by loosening the LOCKING KNOB(31), then slide the FRONT STABILIZER(2) to adjust the position. Tighten the LOCKING KNOB(31). CONDITIONING GUIDELINES How you begin your exercise program depends on your physical condition. If you have been inactive for several years, or are severely overweight, you must start slowly and increase your time on the hi-lo Cycle 100 gradually: a few minutes per workout.
