UNDERSTANDING THE CONTROLS 1. CLOCK / TIMER DIGITAL DISPLAY: Clock with AM/PM indicator. It displays the clock and timer settings. SETTING THE CLOCK 1. The number on the digital display will flash until the time is set. 2. To set the correct time of day first press the “PROG” button, and then press the “HOUR / MIN” button until the desired hour is reached. 3. OPERATING YOUR COFFEE MAKER HINTS FOR GREAT TASTING COFFEE 1. A clean coffee maker is essential for making great tasting coffee. DECALCIFICATION Calcium deposits may build up in the coffee maker as a result of minerals commonly found in drinking water.
