Before operating the protected vessel, visually inspect pressure gauge for compliance and ensure the supervisory (indicator) light is lit. If gauge reads low in pressure, and or the indica- tor light is extinguished, remove, and replace the system immediately. Never paint or obstruct the detection tube, as this will adversely affect its operating charac- teristic. FT models are non-refillable.
