Series 1 Rotary Cutter ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 1. Raise the hitch arms (#4) and the hitch supports (#5) from the deck. Remove the bolt holding on the top link (#6). Line up the end holes on the hitch supports with the holes on the outside of the hitch arms where you just removed the bolt.
