FABRIC SOFTENER • If you wish to use fabric softener, place it in the dispenser on the top of the agitator. • If you want to use fabric softener you will need to select the Softener Rinse Option. As each task is completed a light goes out, so you can tell at a glance how far the cycle has to go. TO SHORTEN THE WASH TIME, TO RINSE AND SPIN or TO SPIN DRY 1. When you have selected Water Saver, your Smart Drive will alter the rinse phase to a give a shower rinse. When you select Soak your Smart Drive will soak for a period of 2 hours before completing rinse and spin. During soak your washer will agitate for a few seconds every minute. TO USE SOAK 1. Favorite cycle can be any wash cycle with any of its wash options and it can start from any point along the wash progress lights.
