Then insert the Left and Right Handle Uprights (21 and 22) into the base Frame (46) and secure with 6 x 13mm Washers (25), M6 x 55mm Screws (24), Plastic Caps (26) and M8 x 15mm Screws (27). Simply lift the deck up from the rear of the treadmill and fold up until it locks in place. TO PREVENT INJURY BE SURE YOU HAVE A FIRM HOLD WHEN RAISING THE DECK.
