How to Use 1. Before using the Grilling Machine for the first time, wipe the Grilling Plates with a damp cloth to remove all dust. 2. To preheat: Close the Lid and plug cord into a 120V AC outlet. User Maintenance Instructions Caution: To avoid accidental burns, allow your Grilling Machine to cool thoroughly before cleaning. 1.
