INSTALLATION CLEARANCES Your Ashley Heritage Model 5700 stove has been tested and listed for installation in residential, mobile home, and alcove applications in accordance with the clearances given in FIGURES 3-5 and TABLE 1. INSTALLATION THROUGH THE WALL INSTALLATION (RECOMMENDED INSTALLATION) To vent the unit through the wall, connect the pipe adapter to the exhaust motor adapter. INSTALLATION OUTSIDE AIR SUPPLY The use of outside air is mandatory for safe operation of this unit. For all installations it is mandatory that this unit be connected to an outside air supply . The upper auger will not feed pellets under these circumstances and a safety concern may arise from sparks or fumes entering the room. This heater is designed and approved for premium hardwood pellet fuel only. Any other type of fuel burned in this heater will void the warranty and safety listing. OPERATION CONTROL PANEL Turning the stove OFF/ON, as well as adjustments for the fuel feed rate and room air fan speed are performed by pressing the appropriate but- ton(s) on the control panel which is located on the lower right-hand side of your Ashley Heritage Model 5700 stove (see FIGURE 11).
