Getting Started Congratulations on the purchase of your new VisorPhone™ module. Your VisorPhone module integrates the power of a state-of-the-art digital mobile phone with the simplicity of your Handspring handheld computer. Speaker Functions as the earpiece on your VisorPhone. Tip: To adjust the volume during a call, press the scroll buttons on the front of your handheld. Step 8: Activate your account If you received a new SIM card with your phone, you need to call your service provider to activate your account. Your service provider’s phone number is located on the materials that came with your VisorPhone module. Once you receive your phone number, it may take a few hours to become fully active. Making Voice Calls There are several ways to make voice calls with your VisorPhone. Calling a speed dial number Speed dialing enables you to quickly place a call without entering the number. This is particularly useful for numbers you call often, such as your home or office.
