2.0 OPERATION 2.1 SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS Read this manual carefully before you operate the Crane Scale. · Unpack the Crane Scale carefully from the packing using suitable lifting equipment as the weight of the Scale can be over the limit for manual handling, particularly for the higher capacity model. · Attach it to your Hoist or equivalent existing equipment securely in the upright position. Make sure that the equipment to which the scale is attached is in proper condition.

2.5 AUTO SLEEP The crane scales have automatic sleep function. You can disable this function, see section 4.0. When the scale weighs a sample below the minimum capacity (20d) for more than the set time, it will automatically enter the sleep mode. Only the last point will turn on at LED.
